These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Finovel Fintech Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Salary247”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing your access to and use of the Platform.

1. General
Salary247 is a technology-based intermediary that facilitates access between Users and registered Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or financial institutions (“Lending Partners”) willing to offer financial products including but not limited to short-term loans, credit lines, etc. The final decision to offer or accept any financial product lies solely with the respective Lending Partner and User. Salary247 is not a financial institution, NBFC, bank, deposit-taking company, or investment service provider under applicable Indian laws.

2. Services
We offer the following services (“Services”):

- Facilitating loan access through partnered Lenders.
- Assisting Users in obtaining credit reports via authorized agents.
- Monitoring and updating such reports on receipt from agents.
- Analyzing User’s income and expenses (including SMS scraping and third-party integration).
- Enabling social features through connected social media accounts.
- Contacting Users regarding financial products upon their consent, even if the number is on Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.

All data collection, storage, processing, and sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of Users found to be ineligible.

4. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, You expressly accept these Terms. Salary247 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform post modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. User Account
Users must register and create an account to access the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. False, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in account termination.

7. License and Platform Access
Salary247 grants You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Platform solely for availing Services. 8. Platform Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor the Platform and User accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms and may remove content or disable access at our discretion.

9. Service Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability
Salary247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform. We do not warrant the reliability or accuracy of financial products offered by our Lending Partners. The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Salary247 and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Third-Party Content and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these websites and do not endorse them.

13. Disclaimers
Salary247 solely facilitates access to financial services and does not guarantee the acceptance or performance of any financial product by any third-party lender. All transactions are between the User and the Lending Partner.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
